Amazing creme brulee. I'll definitely be back for dinner... Love the porch seating.
I have never had such a great salmon sandwich & my husband had a great french onion soup! We will be back!
Alexander the wine steward is always friendly attentive and thorough in directing your experience through the the wine list a wine flight and cheese platter is a must do if you come here and the location is perfect for this type of experience and dinning
We stopped here after walking around town for a drink and a few appetizers. The garlic butter shrimp was delicious and the rest of the table enjoyed the marinaded olive tray. Enjoyed the look and feel of the restaurant.
Great cocktails. Best happy hour food in Port Townsend.
Nice little place for breakfast!
Great wine atmosphere is beautiful
Five stars is well deserved for this restaurant which my wife and I visited for our anniversary while visiting Port Townsend for the first time. We had not been here before. The decor, service and food were top notch. Thank you for the great experience.
The food was truly delicious. Our server was also the sommelier, and she bright me a trio of wines selected to go perfectly with my meal (their mushroom ravioli special). Nice atmosphere; great for a fancier date night, without feeling stuffy.
Excellent food ambiance service highly reccomend lots of flavor
Great food and really good cocktails.
A little pricey but the food is nice and the drink menu is extensive. I tried a lot of things I wouldn't have otherwise here!My personal favorite starter is the Devil's on Horseback - but only if you love bleu cheese.Fireblosson was an amazing drink as well
Wonderful variety of delicious food and awesome drinks coupled with great service. We'll definitely be back, maybe even again tonight!!
Very nice place. Subdued, relaxing environment. Good wine list. I had the paella which was very nice, but could have been seasoned a bit more, otherwise would be 5 stars. I would recommend if you are in Townsend.
Awesome steak! Even better drinks. Had a great time. 3rd time going, never been dissatisfied. Awesome service.. Will return often.
5 stars for being open after 7! And for having an inviting, friendly and comfortably trendy atmosphere. The wine list is comprehensive, offering, Local as a wonderful and worthy Category of its own! Then Washington wines, California, etc. We were short on time so limited our order to a lovely bottle of red. But will be sure to sample the fare next visit, which will be very soon!
Food and service was great! This place is dimly lit at night, which I loved but I know could make it hard for some to see.
Great atmosphere, mostly good food, prices on the higher end. I got the arroz con mariscos, which is essentially their version of paella but not as good. I didn't feel it was worth the price. But my boyfriend got the risotto and loved it. Appetizers are pretty pricey.
Probably my most beloved spot in PT!!
The food and service were excellent. One of the best places I've eaten in Port Townsend. The menu is top notch with very palatable small plates full of flavor. A great place to stop for wine and a few tasty samples. They also offer great entrees that can be enjoyed in the wine bar or the bistro. This is an off the main beat gem. The wine bar is well stocked with wine and spirits.
I have yet to eat dinner here. But, We have enjoyed some wonderful Sunday morning Cappuccinos!
Quaint little place. We were roaming around town and stopped in for an appetizer and a glass of wine. We sat in the bar although there is a restaurant side as well. Very nice staff and were quick to take our order. We had a shrimp scampi and the olive plate, both were good and the 4 stars is for the time it took to get the appetizers. The wine was fast but almost 1/2 hour for the apps. Fortunately we were with friends so the time was well spent. Alchemy is a cool little spot I'm sure we will return too.
Dinner was very good. Great wines!! Birthday dinner for my wife.
Never disappointed when we go to Alchemy for dinner. Make reservations!!! They had a big party so we had a bit of a wait for our meal, but we were in no hurry! Food was delicious. We had an array of vegan, to seafood, poultry and beef. Everyone was satisfied with their meal and desserts!
I... LOVE this place. My husband and I come here on special occasions and it is well worth the two hour drive. The service is excellent and the food is to die for. Very high quality, and we always leave very full and happy!
The small plate enchiladas and the bacon wrapped prawns were delicious. Great place, good service. One of our favorites in PT.
Great service food and wine.
Lovely place, wonderful ambiance. The food didn't have the polish I'd expect (unsalted entree, under brulee'd brulee) but still a lovely evening.
We walked in with 8 guests and no reservation to be greeted with a smile at the door and seated right away. Every employee was kind and calm. The food and atmosphere are phenomenal. Definitely will be returning each visit to Port Townsend!
Great foods, drinks and vibes. We really enjoyed our dining experience here.
Love the bar food and atmosphere. Wait for service as it may be awhile. Come with the relaxed attitude and you won't be disappointed.
The food is phenomenal, you can tell the kitchen puts a lot of care into sourcing ingredients and doesn't take shortcuts on some rather involved preparations. A lot of the European dishes you won't find anywhere else in town. If halibut is on the specials, your choice is simple. Excellent bar, knowledgeable tenders, great wine selections, and some of the best cocktails in town. If you missed dinner hours, they still have some awesome small plates and daily-changing desserts. The $$ rating on Google is the median. You can eat here for $13 a plate or $40. A $4 draft pint or a $35 glass of a 40 year old port. Wide range.
